- Store toxic items properly, observed sprayer bottles stored hanging on the three compartment sink.
- Waste water drain line from the ice bin cannot drain into the three compartment sink.
- Clean the soda gun holster/holder.
- Install an air gap of two times the diameter of the drain line between the food handling equipment (ice bin) and the sewer line.
- Blender must be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized. Rinsing the blender in a container of water between use is not allowed.
- Store the blender on an clean dry surface. The blender cannot be stored on an absorbent cloth.
