  • Ensure date labeling is provided on items in refrigerators, reach-in coolers, etc. No date labeling on any food items.
  • Provide thermometers in all refrigderators. No thermometer provided in reach-in refridgerator.
  • Ensure food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are cleaned/sanitized/and in good repair. 1. Found knife stored on bucket under counter. 2. Found keys, finger nail clippers stored on hanger with food prep equipment.
  • Post current Routine Inspection Report in a conspicuous location where it can be easily seen by the consumer. Blank inspection report was posted.
