  • 229.163 (f) (1) 20 seconds. Employee was observed performing a hand washing procedure in less than 20 seconds. Employees must follow proper handwashing procedure in between tasks by washing with soap and hot water for 20 seconds and dry with paper towel.
  • 229.163 (h) (9) contaminate hands. Employees must wash hands after performing activities that contaminate the hands. Observed employee wipe gloves on apron and hitch up pants without cleaning hands or getting a new pair of gloves before working with exposed food, clean equipment, and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. Gloves can be contaminated just like hands. Manager was informed and employee was corrected.

On June 6th went into the restaurant and ordered a salad with chicken and it came with iced tea to go. Service person wrapped up my food to go but forgot my tea. I almost reached work before I knew my tea was not there. During rush hour service is poor. Need more people working at rush hour times.
