- Provide heimlich poster in public and or employee view.
- Evidence of insects observed. Provide for the removal of gnats in small prep area located outside of kitchen. Remove dry rags, to eliminate the attraction of insects.
- Toxic chemicals not used as directed by law. Sanitizing solution should be at 50-100 ppm, was tested at 200 ppm;which is consider toxic. In addition, all toxic chemicals must be labeled, stored, and used properly.
- Provide for sink in the small prep area, located outside of kitchen to be used as a handsink only. Provide a sign that reads handwashing only, as well as providing soap and paper towels; no waste should be disposed here, i.e., sodas.
