  • 229.163 (g) Bare hand contact. Employees not using single use gloves to remove bare hand contact of ready-to-eat foods must follow guidelines for barehand contact to ready-to-eat foods. Employee seen not following company policy for bare hand contact. A double hand wash was not employeed. Employees must follow company policy on bare-hand-contact of ready-to-eat foods.
  • 229.163 (f) (1) 20 seconds. Employee was observed performing a hand washing procedure in less than 20 seconds. Double had wash was not utilized before returning to bore hand contact of ready-to-eat food. Employees must follow proper handwashing procedure in between tasks by washing with soap and hot water for 20 seconds and dry with paper towel. Also, the company double hand wash policy must be followed for bare hand contact of ready-to-eat foods.
