  • No soap at the hand washing sink. No soap at the restroom hand sink. There are no paper towels at the hand washing sink. Supply the handwash stations with individual disposable towels and soap.
  • No working mop sink. Install/Repair a mop sink to clean mops and dispose of dirty water.
  • Coolers without a thermometer. Provide thermometer in coolers.
  • Food packaged in a food establishment is not properly labeled. Label information shall include nutritional facts and include the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.
  • Hand sink has no hot water. Hand sink must provide hot water of at least 100 degrees through the use of a mixing valve or combination faucet.

There can be no barriers and this sink can be used for handwashing only. OBSERVED BOXES AND ITEMS IN HANDWASHING SINK. HANDWASHING SINK MUST BE FULLY ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES.

  • Prepackaged sandwiches with freezer burn and do not appear to be in sound condition fit for public consumption. Condemned and discarded
  • Handsink used for handwashing only not accessible due to items in the handsink. Handsink must be clear for employee use at all times.
  • No soap or paper towels at either handwashing stations. 3 compartment sink is not a approved location for handwashing. Remove handsoap and paper towels in front of 3 compartment sink.
  • 229.167(p)(11)(C)rodents. Observed rodent droppings, and in addition a dead rodent on a trap. Remove all droppings from shelves and vacuum under shelves units. Contact pest control for assistance. Follow up in 14 days. Ensure to retain a reciept for Inspector verification.
  • Remove all boxes from on top of 3 compartment sink. 3 compartment sink is for washing and sanitizing of utensils.
  • Empty mop sink and remove cardboard boxes. Mop sink is not to used for storage. Discontinue to throw mop water outside and utilize mop sink correctly.
  • Ensure all items are properly labeled and or retain all orginal packaging such as guacamole in RIC. 229.164 (r) (1) (B) (iv) manufacturer info.

  • Handwash facilities/Restroom not adequate. Entire restroom toilet,sink and floors requires sanitation. Ensure toilet paper is on the roll not on the floor on the toilet tank.
  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. No towels at handsink in bathroom.Soap is outside of bathroom on rack above 3 compartment sink. Ensure soap is available in bathroom at all times. Flooring in bathroom, mop sink area requires sanitizing, very dirty.
  • Observed rodent droppings under chip bags on shelves. Remove rodent droppings from area and contact pest control for assistance. Follow up in 10 days. Keep reciept.
  • Mop sink is blocked with boxes deeming inaccessible to use. Unblock mop sink and dispose properly of waste water. 3 compartment sink drains slowing, investigate and correct.
  • Sanitize white flat plastic insert inside of ice machine evidence of black mold. Soda nozzles require proper sanitizing evidence mold on nozzles.3 Compartment sink must be sanitized as well. Remove all items inside 3 compartment sink, sink is not intended for storage. 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean.
