- 229.166 (i) (1) (A)HWS not accessible. Hand washing sink was block by trash can and boxes; also, a colander was inside hand washing sink basin. Handwashing facility must be fully accessible at all times for employee use. There can be no barriers and this sink can be used for handwashing only.
- 229.166 (h) (1) (A)HWS not convenient. A hand washing sink was not conveniently located to ice maker. Ensure that there is a hand washing sink conveniently located near ice maker within 10 days. This sink must have access to hot and cold running water from a mixing faucet, the hot water must be at least 100 degrees F, and this sink can only be used for hand washing and nothing else.
- 229.167 (e) (2) no soap. Hand washing sink at bar did not have soap available to it. Provide soap at this hand washing sink immediately.
