- Please ensure there is sufficient hot water capacity. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food establishment. Hot water shall be available at all fixtures and during simultaneous fixture use. Found 3 compartment sink with approximately 100°F hot water and 3 compartment sink is not provided with hot water during handsink usage. THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 110°F water and handsink shall provide a minimum of 100°F water.
- Please repair integral thermometer at walk-in cooler/freezer. Found integral thermometer out of calibration/not functioning.

- Missing backflow preventer on outside faucet with attached hose and air gap at ice machine drain piping. **Provide a backflow preventer like a vacuum breaker for the outside faucet and an air gap 2 times the diameter of the piping from the rim of the floor drain (PVC funnel).
- Visible mold inside the ice machine bin/ice machine lid dented and hard water deposits are accumulated outside the unit, and soda nozzles on dispenser. **Clean and sanitize ice machine bin and soda nozzles and restore/lease ice machine to be in good repair.
- Last scored inspection report is not located in a conspicuous place. **Post most current inspection report so that it is clearly seen by the public; may place next to license posted at front counter.
