- Probe thermometer needed by crew in the Hand Crafted walk in cooler. Also each chilled area in the Hand Crafted Walk in Cooler needs free hanging wall mounted thermometers.
- Large old grease spillage on ground aroun and on the outside of the used oil/grease container. Needs tobe cleaned up.

- Observed grease and dirt residue on the inside lids of the Bulk Ice Machines. Recommend to wash hands before handling Ice.

- Observed heavly grease residue on the 2-Ice machine paddles. Recommend to wash, rinse, and sanitize.
- Observed the tested concentration reading on SYSCO's spray sanitizer was 400 ppm. The product label reads that the concentration is 200ppm
- Observed that none of the cold holding transportation carts had a thermometer. Recommened that both cold and hot holding equiptment have a working and calibrated thermometer.
