Wash the hands whenever one changes from one task to another such as immediately before engaging in food preparation, working with exposed foods, clean equipment and utensils and unwrapped single service and single use articles.
- Observed with no manufacturing information. Employee does not know who delivers the ice. Spoke with owner on 05/17/2013 in regards to where the ice purchased. Owner stated that ice is received from Reddy Ice, AJ Ice House, and Arco Iris. Have receipt for ice readily and accessible at all times at location.
- Establishment is not plumbed to approved water system. Spoke with owner 05/9/2013 who stated clean water is transported in 5 gallon containers from either the 650 Porter or the Windmill water in the HEB parking lot 721 Castroville Rd. Variance will be submittd to Stephen Barscewski

- 229.166 (h) (1) (A)HWS not convenient. Observed that building was expanded to add two snow cone machines. A wall divides the building in half. The hand sink is located on one side of the building and is not accessible to the added section of the building. An accessible hand sink will need to be added to the additional section.
- Observed no employee restroom provided. Notarized letter was provide on May 9, 2013 stating that employees may use restroom at Arizona Cafe. Arizona Cafe is located on the same property as said establishment. Hours of operation for Arizona Cafe is 6am-3pm. Employees of said establishment do not have notarized permission to use restrooms on the property. Employees use the restroom at the 99cent store (on property but no notarized permission letter) or employees drive to Valero to use restroom. Provide variance for flush type toilets(restroom) on the property.
