229.165 (n) (1) (A) (v)when contaminated. Food contact surfaces and utensils not cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. Paddle used to break ice up in the ice machine resting on the top of the ice machine. This surface was visibly not clean, dust. This contaminates the utensil and must be cleaned. Store these utensils in a clean and sanitized position between uses. The paddle was taken to be cleaned and sanitized.
