  • Drink station that includes an ice machine does not have a handwashing station. A handwashing station must be installed for proper and adequate handwashing to avoid cross contamination.

  • 229.163 (n) (2) (A) closed beverage container. All personal drinks in food prep-area, must have a proper fitting lid and straw. Also, insure that sanitizing buckets are not stored inside of handsinks.
  • 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (ii) (II) meat arrangement. Do not store raw chicken over raw beef, inside of RIC.
  • 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). All PHF food inside of coolers, must be properly date labeled with time and date food was prepared.
  • 229.164 (o) (6) (A) PHF>135. Sausage sitting under hot lamp, at 75.5 degrees. All hot food items must be kept at 135 degrees or hotter.
  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Clean inside of microwave. Insure all food prep-surfaces are properly cleaned. Also, be sure that dishes are properly cleaned. Observed dirty dishes, sitting near prep-table.
  • 229.166 (g) (1) (A) HWS not provided. During the 4/2012 inspection, establishment stated that they were removing current ice machine, and would be installing an ice dispensor. It was agreed that establishment would not need to install a handsink at this time, because of the installation of the ice dispensor. However, it is now over 9 months, and establishment still has ice machine in place. Establishment must now install a handsink in drink station prep-room, or remove ice machine.

  • 229.166 (g) (1) (A) HWS not provided. Handsink must be installed at drink station, where ice machine is located. Also, do not store or keep items inside of handsink. Large bowl inside of handsink.
  • Do not use food cans that are damaged. Observed food can inside of kitchen, dented along top rim.
  • 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Do not store cleaners over clean cups, and do not store chemical spray bottle, next to cutting boards. Cleaners can easily spill or spray onto these food contatct surface.
  • 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (ii) (II) meat arrangement. Do not store raw shelled eggs over vegetables, and do not store raw chicken over beef. The improper storage of these items can easily contaminate one another.
  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Clean inside of microwave, and insure that waffel iron is properly cleaned prior to use.
  • 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). All PHF food inside cooler, over 24 hrs. old, must be properly date labeled with time and date prepared. What looks to be a past sauce, is inside of RIC, with no date label on it.
