THE PEST THAT WAS OBSERVED WAS GNATS IN THE MOP ROOM AND IT IS THE MOP ROOM THAT IS THE MAIN SOURCE OF WHERE THE GNATS ARE COMING FROM. IN ADDITION, A LIVE ROACH WAS OBSERVED IN THE CUSTOMER DINING ROOM. AFTER THE MOP ROOM IS PROPERLY MOPPED AND ALL THE UNWANTED/UNUSED EQUIPMENT IS REMOVED, THEN CALL YOUR PEST CONTROL SERVIDCE.
