Note: Maintenance arrived onsite during time of inspection to work on unit.)
  • 229.164 (o) (7) (B) consume by date (pkgd). Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, PHF prepared and packaged by a food processing plant may not exceed manufacturer's consume-by date. Monitor use by dates of PHFs. Shredded mozzarella cheese (total of 60 lbs) was condemned for being off colding temp and for being past the use by date (manufacturer's use by date was June 6, 2014).
