- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. The bathroom handsink and handsink near ice machine did not have paper towels. Ensure handsinks are equipped with paper towels at all times.
- Observed ice machine without an air gap between pipe and drain. Ensure there is an air gap that is 2x the diameter of the pipe between the top of the drain and end of the pipe.
- Observed mold build up in the ice machine. Ensure the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized to prevent mold build up.
- 229.167 (e) (2) no soap. Handsink in the bathroom did not have soap. Ensure handsink is equipped with soap at all times.
