- 6-17-11 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Observed dead roaches in both restrooms and gnats flying in area around 3 compartment and mop sink as well as in dry storage area.
- 229.171 (c) (3) (B) (ii) CCP Monitored. Found multiple containers of turkey, roast beef and a variety of dressings all marked with use by dates in August and all more than 30 days past their due date. Employees state that items must be mismarked that there is no way they could be that old. Product looks fresh and agreed to allow for relabel of food items.
- 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. Hot water is only temping at 103 in 3 compartment sink, 110 in one hand sink, 98 in second hand sink and 101 in both restrooms. Also rinse sink is constantly running, unable to turn off. Plumber is en route. Gave 2 hours from 11:10 a.m. to correct plumbing issues to avoid restaurant being shut down.
- 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. DO NOT dump drinks into handwashing sink. Handwashing Sink is to be used for handwashing only!
