- Insure that staff go through produce, and remove food products with mold. In WIC, located lemon with mold, sitting with other lemons in large box.
- Establishment does have bare hand contact paperwork, but staff are not following the procedures. Observed staff switching tasks, and not once washing hands, prior to handling ready to eat foods.
