- 229.163 (h)- before handling. Observed Food Handler washing dishes, then go straight to kitchen area, and start handling food items. Food Handlers must wash hands, when switching tasks.
- 229.164 (r) (1) (A) labeled properly. Insure that all food products that are not stored in their original container/packaging, are kept in a properly labled container with generic name of product.
- Insure that staff go through produce, and remove food products with mold. In WIC, located lemon with mold, sitting with other lemons in large box.
- Establishment does have bare hand contact paperwork, but staff are not following the procedures. Observed staff switching tasks, and not once washing hands, prior to handling ready to eat foods.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. All HWS must have papertowels.
- 229.168 (a) toxics not labeled. Insure that all spray bottles are properly labeled with generic name of toxic inside.
- Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Insure a current copy of inspection report is posted for customer view. Establishment does not have current report posted at this time.

- 229.163 (n) (1) eat.drink.smoke.. All personal drinks in kitchen area, must have a lid and straw. Personal cup of water, found under prep-table, with no lid or straw.
- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (ii) (II) meat arrangement. Do not store raw meats over cooked food inside of RIC.
- 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). All PHF food inside of cooler, over 24 hrs., must be properly date labeled with time and date food was prepared.
- 229.168 (a) toxics not labeled. Insure that all chemical spray bottles, with product inside, are properly labeled, to reflect whats inside.
