  • Expired Baby food found on shelves. Expired 1 June 2015. Insure expired baby food is removed, and not sold to public.
  • 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Provide proper pest control for gnats in produce areas, and produce back rooms.
  • 229.171(f)permit required. Establishment has expired food license. Establishment has 10 days, to locate/renew food license.
  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Insure that a current copy of inspection report is posted for customer view.
