Lights located in top of refrigeration unit are keeping foods on top shelf above 41F. All potentially hazardous foods must be relocated to bottom shelf, and temperatures must be monitored. PHF must be kept at 41F or below.
  • 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (iv) not covered. Container of soda syrup had been compromised and in original cardboard box with syrup leaking out around bag. Establishment was still using soda syrup in customer drink. Establishment must discard soda syrup if the package has been compromised or is open.
  • 229.166 (f) (2) (A)HWS>100F. Hand sink near ice machine has no hot water. Hot water at hand sink is less than 100 degrees. Hand sink must provide hot water of at least 100 degrees through the use of a mixing valve or combination faucet. Employees must use other hand sinks located in kitchen area until hot water can be provided.
