229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. All sinks that were checked did not have access to hot water; the hot water at all of the sinks checked was at a temperature of 94 degrees F. Establishment has 24 hours to ensure that all sinks have access to adequate hot water. All hand washing sinks must have access to hot water that is at least 100 degrees F and 3 compartment ware washing sinks and the mop sink must have access to hot water that is at least 120 degrees F.
