- Observed gnats in the storage room. Provide proper measures/methods to control and minimize presence of pests.
- Observed floor drain was clogged and plunger was observed next to drain. Establishment was closed for sewage backup. Plumber arrived and was able to unclog the drain. Establishment re-opened for business. Plumber used a 3/8 cable and 75 ft through, a towel was observed to be clogging the pipe at 10ft.
- Observed thermometers missing in all reach in coolers. Provide thermometers in all coolers holding potentially hazardous foods.
- Observed racks in the walk in cooler with rust on them. Observed towels in the reach in cooler on the bottom. Cutting board has heavy chips. Ensure all food contact and equipment are smooth, easy cleable, non-absorbent and durable.

Observed single service cup being used to scoop ingredients. Single service items are to be used and then discarded. Use utensils that can be used to scoop ingredients and are easily cleaned and sanitized at the end of usage.
