- Observed ice machine panel to have black debris along edging, ensure that ice machine is properly cleaned and sanitized at all times to avoid contamination of ice. Observed tongs used for pickles and Chinese candies to be dirty,and to be stored on a dirty surface. Ensure that utensils are stored on a dry, clean, and properly sanitized surface. Observed newspaper lining baskets where produce are stored in refrigerators. Observed ice scoop to be submerged fully into ice. Ensure that handle is sticking outside of ice supply.
