Not all hand sinks reached 100F degrees. The bakery and meat/seafood had at least one hand sink in the department that reached 100F degrees. Each hand sink needs to meet the minimum temperature of 100F degrees for proper hand washing. The deli hand sink only reached 75.5F degrees and the fruit cutting room hand sinks reached 80.5F degrees, these sinks must be repaired immediately to reach the proper temperature of 100F degrees.
