- All food inside the lone reach in refrigerator was between 46-53 degrees F. An employee indicated that the food in this unit had been in there longer than 4 hours. Employees voluntarily discarded all potentially hazardous food items in this unit. Potentially hazardous food must be held below 41 degrees F or above 135 degrees F unless the food is being cooked, cooled, used immediately in prep, or when time only is being used as a public health control.

- Observed employee put on gloves and begin preparing food without first washing hands. Employees must wash hands prior to putting on a clean pair of gloves.
- The bleach solution used to sanitize the utensils, cups, plates, bowls, and other food contact surfaces exceeded 200 ppm. Ensure that any bleach solution used to sanitize food contact surfaces is between 50-100 ppm. Establishment must provide chlorine test strips near 3 compartment ware washing sink so that food employees can test the concentration of the sanitizing solution.
- At time of inspection none of the food employees were food manager certified. There must be at least one employee at every shift that is food manager certified. Establishment has 10 days to provide an employee that is food manager certified at every shift or enroll food employees in food manager certification classes.
