  • Food employees were not washing hands when switching tasks or putting on a clean pair of gloves. Food employees must wash hands whenever they change from one task to another such as immediately before engaging in food preparation, working with exposed foods, clean equipment and utensils and unwrapped single service and single use articles. Food employees must also wash hands prior to putting on gloves.
  • One of the hand washing sinks by the bar and the hand washing sink adjacent to the mop sink were blocked by items. Handwashing facilities must be fully accessible at all times for employee use. There can be no barriers and these sinks can be used for handwashing only.
  • The hand washing sink near one of the soda fountains did not have paper towels. Paper towels must be available at all hand washing sinks whenever the establishment is operating.
  • Observed several gnats and flies in the bar/kitchen area and in the room where the 3 compartment ware washing sink and mop sink are located. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means.
  • The interior of the smaller ice maker was not clean to sight and touch. Clean this food contact surface immediately. Clean all food contact surfaces every four hours or as needed
  • One of the spatulas used at the griddle was not free of cracks, chips, and similar imperfections. Replace this item immediately.
