  • Evidence of roaches observed in the kitchen and bar areas.
  • Ensure all plumbing is properly draining to a floor drain. (Three compartment sink by dish washing machine was missing piping to floor drain. Alternate three compartment sink is permitted to be used until corrections are made to plumbing.)
  • Gnats observed in the bar area as well as dry storage area.
  • Repair piping from walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer that is linked to floor drain. (Provide an air gap twice the diameter of the pipe from the end of the pipe to the floor drain.)
  • Ensure all food contact utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized prior to storage. (Dirty knives found stored on magnetic strip.)
