- Observed several unlabeled spray bottles of various chemicals throughout the establishment. Label all spray bottles with the common name of the toxic material.
- Observed a chipped plate being used as a scoop for rice. Provide for utensils with handles (example: spoon) to be used as scoops, not plates.

Observed a bowl in the pico on the serving line. Replace all damaged containers. Observed chipped containers near the grill.

Once the inspector arrived the gloves were used. The gloves shall be used at all times.
