  • 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (ii) (II) meat arrangement. Do not store raw chicken, directly over raw beef in coolers. Proper meat storage is as follows, cooked foods and dairy on top. Then raw fish, followed by raw beef and pork. Then on bottom, store raw chicken.
