Observed an beverage cup without a lid on the prep table during inspection. Employees must drink from clean, closed beverage containers with clean hands and AWAY from food prep areas.
During the time of inspection an employee was observed handling egg rolls with their bare hands. The employee chose to wear gloves as a corrective action. Ensure employees wear gloves or use other utensils to handle food if there is no bare hand contact policy in place.
Observed employee medications being stored on a shelf next to unwrapped single-use cups and other items. Store first aid supplies in a kit or container.
Observed an unlabeled spray bottle with purple liquid being stored below the three compartment sink. Ensure all spray bottles are properly labeled with their chemical contents.
Observed unclean (to sight and touch) and chipped plates being used during the time of inspection. Ensure all dishware is clean to sight and touch, smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent.

Supply each handwash station with individual disposable paper towels.
Employees must follow proper handwashing procedure in between tasks by washing with soap and hot water for 20 seconds and dry with paper towel.
