- During the time of inspection an employee was observed handling egg rolls with their bare hands. The employee chose to wear gloves as a corrective action. Ensure employees wear gloves or use other utensils to handle food if there is no bare hand contact policy in place.
- Observed employee medications being stored on a shelf next to unwrapped single-use cups and other items. Store first aid supplies in a kit or container.
- Observed an unlabeled spray bottle with purple liquid being stored below the three compartment sink. Ensure all spray bottles are properly labeled with their chemical contents.
- Observed unclean (to sight and touch) and chipped plates being used during the time of inspection. Ensure all dishware is clean to sight and touch, smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
