- The Cres-Cor holding unit must hold the PHF to at least 135F.....please do not use this unit until repaired or replaced....
- Food equipment not sanitized before and after use...(large can opener)...additionally, please store ice machine scoops with in the upright position as to reduce any possible contamination...lastly, repair/replace walkin door gasket and fix the door (inside)....
- hot water at the 3 compartment sink must be at least 120F (recorded 112F)....hot water at all handsinks must be at least 100F (recorded 108F)....please provide hot water at the 3 compartment sinks to be 120F...
