Unit has fans that circulate to keep items cool and top shelves are full blocking fans from properly circulating to keep food items at bottom cool. Beef patties on lower shelf made 2 hours ago are temping at 44 degrees. Employee rearranged and off temp food more than 4 hours old was condemned. Manager will speak to corporate to find resolution to ongoing problem of temperature control in this unit.
