- Observed raw shelled eggs in the small cooler near the grill stored above ready to eat food. Ensure that all raw food istored below ready to eat food.
- 229.163 (h)- before handling. Observed a cashier getting fries for a customer and did not wash her hands. Also observed an employee get an ice cream cone for a customer while she was using a chemical to celan the trays. Ensure that all empolyees including cashiers are washing their hands whenever one changes from one task to another such as immediately before engaging in food preparation, working with exposed foods, clean equipment and utensils and unwrapped single service and single use articles.
- 229.166 (i) (1) (A)HWS not accessible. Observed two mop buckets stored in front of the hand sink. Esnure that nothing is stored in front of the hand sink. The hand sink should be fully accessible at all times.
- Salad cooler is not in compliance with proper cold hold temperature. Observed temeperature at 55. 5 degrees F. All potentially hazardous foods should be at 41 degrees F or below.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Hand sink in the front area did not have paper towels. Ensure that all hand sinks have paper towels.
- 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Ice machine was not clean. Black substance was seen on the inside surface of the ice machine. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean.
- Inspection reportis not posted. ENsure that your most recent inspection report is posted in customer view.
- 229.163 (f) (1) 20 seconds. Employees are not washing their hands for the proper lenth of time of at least 20 seconds. When performing a hand wash procedure it should last for 20 seconds or more.
