Observed an employee dump mop waste-water into the kitchen hand sink during the time of inspection. Note: As per the owner, the establishment was granted permission to dump water into the toilet (not the hand sink) due to a lack of a mop sink on the premises.
Observed two employee beverages on the prep table during the time of inspection. Employees must drink from clean closed beverage containers with clean hands and away from food prep areas.
Have a readily accessible thermometer in reach-in cooling units (back room).
