- Restroom did not have soap or paper towels at time of inspection. All hand sinks must be supplied with soap and paper towels at all times.
- Thermometer inside refrigerator with hot dogs, chorizo, bacon, etc. was not properly calibrated. Thermometer in unit is reading 52F degrees, unit was actually 42F degrees. Thermometer needs to be recalibrated or replaced.

- Observed several dead roaches throughout establishment and in the walk in cooler. Manager stated pest control comes and sprays once a month. Recommend thoroughly cleaning floors of food debris and grime to help prevent insect contamination. Insects must be swept up and discarded regularly.

- Observed ice scoop that is cracked and does not have a handle. Ice dlescoop needs to be discarded and replaced with a scoop that is smooth, easily, cleanable and non absorbant and has a handle.
- Ice scoop was seen sitting on a cardboard box. Ice scoop should be sitting inside a food grade conatiner that is smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbant.
