- Provide a designated area for employees to have drinks. Provide for employee drinks to have a lid and straw when in kitchen area. Keep drink away from food and food contact surfaces. Soda next to clean plates without straw and lid.
- Provide for employees preparing ready-to-eat foods to have a secondary barrier between bare hands and ready-to-eat foods. Kitchen staff has gloves on site but gloves are not being used to handle ready-to-eat foods.
- Provide for handsink to have hot(100F) and cold running water at all times. Currently sink has no hot running water in which case the kitchen manager should re-assign a prep sink as a temporary handsink.
- Provide for establishment to be insect free (Gnats). Further measures need to be implemented to help control excessive gnat problem.
- Provide for all food contact surfaces(Plates) to cleaned and sanitized. Discontinue placing items on plates used to serve.
