- Hand sink in restroom was being used, but restroom door is blocked with piping from ice machine. No easy access. Hand sink in front area near soda machines is blocked with many unused items. Ensure to have all hand sinks easily accessible for proper hand washing use.
- Three compartment sink is not available in establishment. No open food handling operations can occur, until three compartment sink is available and for use in establishment.
- Ice manchine panel inside is full of mold buildup. Ensure to thoroughly clean and properly sanitize ice machine panel to be free of mold buildup to prevent cross contamination.
