Hand sink in back room was blocked by basketball goal and had a pan covering the basin. Ensure that the hand sink is accessible at all times for proper hand washing.
Restroom did not have soap at time of inspection. Ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels for proper handwashing.

Bags of ice did not have labels on them. Ensure that the ice bags have labels with the manufactuers information on them including, name and contact information (address and/or phone number).
Inside of ice machine had black mold. Ice machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside and out.

Observed several items in hand wash sink including Clorox and Fabuloso in back storage area. Hand was sink is for washing hands only and any other items may not be stored inside sink.
Establishment is bagging ice. A food manufactuers lisence must be obtained in order to continue bagging ice at the establishment. A label must also be on each ice bag with this establishments name as well as the address or contact information.
