  • Provide paper towels at hand sink.
  • Repair leak at ice machine.
  • Ice machine and soda machine drain lines do not have proper air gap. Provide for an air gap at the drain line twice the diameter of the drain line.
  • Clean container that holds tongs for pickles. Clean mold in ice machine.
