- Observed that employees were only performing a single hand wash, drying hands, and then applying hand sanitizer prior to handling ready to eat food. Prior to handling ready to eat food employees must perform a double hand wash followed by applying an alcohol based hand sanitizer to hands.
- Observed employees handle raw food with utensils and then immediately handle ready to eat food with bare hands. In between performing other tasks and handling ready to eat food with bare hands employees must perform the double hand wash procedure and sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer prior to handling ready to eat food with bare hands again.
- One of the hand washing sinks in the kitchen was not functioning. Repair or replace this sink within 10 days. If more time is needed a representative of this establishment must contact inspector prior to 03/18/2011 to request an extension.
