  • Evidence of insects observed (roach). Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means.(Exterminator)
  • Improperly storing toxic chemicals next to food products. (lighter fluid next to ketchup, cleaner next rice)
  • Three compartment sink second faucet is not in good repair and can not fill third compartment to complete the rins/wash/sanitize cycle of manual dishwashing. Provide that faucet is fixed.
  • Health Department issued Food Manager Certification Identification Card not present in the establishment or on the person of the PIC. Provide that registering and successfully completing a Food Manager Certification course.
  • Install an air gap of two times the diameter of the drain line between the food handling equipment and the sewer line. (Ice Machine)
  • Food contact surfaces unsightly (dirty or not clean). (Behind Bar has dust buildup) Sanitize all food contact surfaces. Equipment used in storing food not in good repair (ice chest) Food contact equipment must be in good repair.
