- Employee completed with one customer moved a box to back storage and did not wash hands when applying new gloves to assist new customer. Observed employee complete service with new customer removed gloves and washed hands for less than 20 seconds. Retrain employees that after each completed task of service and of removal of gloves hands must be washed for 20 seconds prior to applying a new set of gloves.
- Establishment has evidence of gnasts in back pantry area. Contact pest control for assistance.
- All plastic bottles used in establishment for cleaning or for food preservative must be labeled with product and or chemical name.
