  • Observed a BBQ pit outside establishment and some hot hold equipment inside establishment. If establishment is going to prepare and or serve potentially hazardous food an employee or employees must enroll in food manager training classes within 30 days so that there will be at least one employee at every shift that potentially hazardous food is prepared and or served that is food manager certified.
