  • Employee was observed washing her hands for a few seconds with no soap and putting on gloves. Ensure employees wash hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap before putting on gloves.
  • Unlabeled toxic spray bottle observed in kitchen. Ensure all toxic spray bottles are labeled with the common chemical name. Example: Sanitizer, Degreaser, Water, Window Cleaner.
  • Inspector's testing strips not reading chlorine sanitizer in dish machine at time of inspection. Observed clear chlorine distribution tube distribute a drop and tube appeared to be covered in calcium buildup. Discontinue using machine until unit is serviced and sanitizing properly. Staff on site did not know where kitchen's chlorine testing strips were at time of visit.
