- Provide for employees to properly wash hands at handsink using soap and warm water for 20 seconds then using a disposable towel to dry hands. Hand sanitizer is not a substitute for proper hand washing. Hand sanitizer should be used in conjunction with a double handwash to handle ready-to-eat foods.
- Provide for employees to have a designated area to eat and drink outside of kitchen. Employee drinks must have a straw and a lid and placed away from any food contact surface when in kitchen.
- Provide for employees to be properly trained on using secondary barrier to handle ready-to-eat foods. Employees must wash hands before using gloves or perform a double handwash before using hand sanitizer. Establishment has been asked to comply with new hand sanitizer regulations.
- Provide for handsinks to be equipped with soap and disposable towels at all times. Front handsink had no soap back handsink had no disposable towels.
