  • Fruit flies found around leak at coke machine and around mopsink. 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Repair leaks and minimize water next to mopsink.
  • 229.166 (j) (2) (A)direct connection. Direct connections found to sanitary sewer system between soda machines, ice machine. Install an air gap of two times the diameter of the drain line between the food handling equipment and the sewer line. 229.166 (k) (1) (B) approved sewage disposal. Leak in line from soda machine and underneath 3 compartment sink. Establishment must have licensed plumber make all repairs. Establishment must clean all cabinets where leaks occured and cabinets must be free of all mold/mildew.
