- Observed a bowl being rinsed off in the hand sink. Ensure the hand sink is used for hand washing only and not for rinsing off wares.
- Observed a strainer with lettuce particles on it being stored with clean wares. Ensure all wares are clean to sight and touch prior to being stored for use.

- Hand washing sink must be used for handwashing only. Observed coffee cups and paper towels on the rim of the sink. Also observed a toothbrush and toothpaste on a cart next to the hand washing sink.
- Hand sink must provide hot water of at least 100F degrees through the use of a mixing valve or combination faucet. Water temperature at the hand sink was at 70F degrees.
- Chapter 13 Article VI Take your current Food Managers Certificate and obtain a valid and current food manager's certificate issued by the director of the SA Metro Health Dept which can be purchased at 1901 S. Alamo.
