- Observed several pre-packaged food items in the freezer that did not have a label to indicate the source and what the product is. Ensure that all food items are have proper labels to indicate the name of the product and the source of the product.
- Observe hand sink next to the 3 compartment sink being used to store bag with empty aluminum cans. Ensure that nothing is stored inside of the hand sink. Hand sink should be used for hand washing only.
- Since the establishment cuts and re-packages potentially hazardous foods, someone at the establishment must be food manager certified. No documentation was seen in the establishment showing that someone was food manager certified.
- 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Metal shelves inside of both coolers were not clean to sight. Ensure that food contact surfaces (including shelves) are cleaned.
- Most recent food safety report was not posted. Ensure that the routine inspection report is posted and is posted in customer view.
