229.168 (d) (2) (C) restricted use pesticide. Restricted use pesticides found in the establishment. Label on the pesticide stated for residential use only. There was a statement to avoiding food contact surfaces. This pesticide was thrown in the garbage, and explained to the operator.
229.163 (e) hands and arms. Food employees must keep hands and exposed portions of their arms clean. Upon opening the establishment and handling foods employees were observed not washing hands. Discussed with manager for correction.
229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). Prepared potentially hazardous foods kept in refrigeration greater than 24 hours must be labeled to indicate a consume by date 7 days after preparation with day one being the date of preparation. Several items in the walk-in-refrigeration unit were not so marked. Discussed the consume by date with the operator, and corrected.
229.167 (e) (2) no soap. Hand washing sinks must be supplied with hand soap for hand washing. There was no soap at the hand washing sink. This was found at the mop sink and placed on the hand sink.
229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Hand wash station has no paper towels. This was located and placed with the hand washing sink.

229.167 (p) (5) improper use of sinks. Storing dishes waiting for washing in the mop sink. Use the mop sink only waste water in the establishment. Use the three compartment sink to store dishes awaiting washing.
229.168 (d) (2) (C) restricted use pesticide. A restricted use pesticide was found in the establishment. Use only approved pest control methods or a licensed pest control company to control pest.
229.168 (b) working container not labeled. Toxic material taken from bulk container and placed in an unlabeled working container (spray bottle). Properly label all working conntainers, legibly write labels on bottles, discontinue to use container if label is different from contents inside.
229.164 (o) (6) (B) (ii). 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintainend at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Cold hold prep unit found with foods from 46 to 47 degrees F. Cool these foods down rapidly to 41 or less. Discard at the end of the day. Have the prep unit adjusted or repaired to maintain 41 degrees F or less.
