- Observed a bottle with purple liquid with a label that was scratched out and a bottle with pink liquid without a label. Ensure all chemical bottles are labeled with the chemical name.
- Observed blue container for ice scoop with debris on bottom of container. Ensure the container for the ice scoop is clean to sight and touch.
