Ensure to fix the cooling unit in a timely manner and do not store food in this particular cooler until the proper temperature can be maintained.

Aug 25, 2015 12:42pm Ticket 1048619 Server: Celia We ordered two plates of Tso Chicken. The total price was $20.57 without drinks. Our food looked and tasted like it was made the day before and microwaved. The entree and soup had no flavor. One employee told me "we have new cooks so.." and that was it. They forgot our egg rolls and when they brought them they were soggy and greasy and day-old as well. We had to ask for bowls for the soup and were told "they are probably washing some". I contacted their corporate office and told them I want the money I spent on this "food" put back on my card. To say the service and attitudes were lackluster would be giving them too much credit. We were so hungry we ate some the chicken after hunting down and applying some sriracha sauce. We left hoping we would not be sick.
